Eucalyptus Honey 980 g

Eucalyptus honey is produced from the nectar of the eucalyptus flower (Eucalyptus sp.). It has a varied color, normally dark amber. Its aroma is intense and persistent; it clearly recalls that of wet wood. It is highly recommended for colds and lung diseases.

Production: 

It is produced in the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula during the months of August and September.

Crystallization:

Its crystallization is fine, practically creamy, and it turns an opaque white color. We can also modify its texture and make it more liquid by heating it to less than 40 °C in a water bath.
