Thyme Honey 980 g
It is produced from the nectar of thyme flowers (Thymus vulgaris; Thymus chriodorus). This honey has a dark color, a sweet flavor with distinct acidic notes and occasionally salty notes, and a very intense and persistent aroma. Sensations vary depending on the composition, purity, and accompanying botanical species.
It promotes sleep, is antiseptic, and is recommended for the prevention of infectious diseases, both respiratory and digestive.
Production:
The production area is the pre-coastal region of Catalonia, Lower Aragon, and Castile and León. It is harvested from mid-April to June.
Crystallization:
Its crystallization is fine, practically creamy, and turns an opaque white color. We can also modify its texture and make it more liquid by heating it to less than 40 °C in a water bath.
